Detoxification is a biochemical process that involves breaking down toxic substances into less harmful chemicals. Much of this is done through the liver detoxification phases, but it is important to also have proper digestive function, including the small intestine and large intestine. This lecture will explain various steps necessary to support healthy detoxification of the liver and bowel.
