Teresa McBride, ND

Director of Clinical Development
Dr. McBride is a board-certified naturopathic physician with over 25 years’ experience in various settings including clinical practice, medical education, research, and laboratory diagnostics she brings unique and practical insight to Mosaic’s product and educational offerings. Driven by the belief that healthcare should be more than just disease management, she is committed to finding ways to improve healthcare through novel solutions and efficacious treatments. Her consulting practice centers around personalized care employing nutrition, lifestyle modifications, as well as botanical and homeopathic medicines to effectively address both acute and chronic conditions.

Michelle Maddux, ND

Senior Manager, Clinical Development
Dr Michelle Maddux received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences (formerly SCNM) and her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She has completed additional training in integrative and functional medicine, laboratory medicine, eating disorders, meditation, yoga, and mindfulness. Her clinical practice focuses on teaching highly functioning women to take care of themselves no matter how messy life gets. Dr. Maddux has been an educator in the Functional and Integrative laboratory space for over a decade and is happy to continue learning and sharing knowledge as part of the Mosaic Diagnostics team.

Pam Gilford, MA, CCN

Clinical Educator
For over 15 years, Pamela Gilford has been a nutritional consultant for Mosaic Diagnostics (The Great Plains Laboratory), helping practitioners and patients better understand test results and serving as a resource for dietary and treatment options. Pam has a Masters in Biochemistry from the University of Kansas, as well as experience as a pharmaceutical researcher. She spent 10 years with Midwest Research Institute in Kansas City as an environmental scientist involved in exposure assessment and evaluation of toxic compounds. She is also a Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN), which has allowed her to incorporate integrative and functional medicine approaches in her consultations.

Jill Craig, MS, CN, CNS

Clinical Educator
Jill Craig is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) with a MS in nutrition. Prior to these career pursuits, Jill, her husband Paul and their four children lived in Kenya for 17 years where life in far-to-reach places led them to suffer the effects of severe malnutrition. After their move back to the US in ‘07, life in a moldy home harmfully impacted their health, as well. Lessons learned from all this, plus a background in education, have enabled Jill to be an empathetic clinical educator for Mosaic DX.

Steven Imgrund, MS, CNS, LDN

Clinical Educator
Steve Imgrund is a Licensed Dietician Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Specialist in Illinois, with a Master’s degree in human nutrition from Bridgeport University. With experience in marketing, product development within the supplement industry, and private practice, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge to his role on the clinical team at Mosaic. He is excited to be the newest member of the team, aiding other practitioners in interpreting and contextualizing their patients’ integrative testing.
