In an effort to ensure that patients have the best resources available for interpreting our test results and implementing treatment protocols, we have recently changed the manner in which patients order our test kits. As a patient, you will not have the ability to order test kits directly. A registered healthcare practitioner must submit the request for a kit on your behalf.
If you do not have access to a health care practitioner, here are some options:

If you are unable to locate a healthcare practitioner near you, you may also submit an order via MyMedLab, a service that provides the necessary healthcare practitioner credentials for test orders.
