  • The Great Plains Laboratory, Inc. 11813 West 77th Street Lenexa, KS 66214 United States

William Shaw, Ph.D. and The Great Plains Laboratory, Inc. are pleased to present "Mental Health, Methylation, and You: How our New Genetic Test Helps You Understand Your Mental Health Risks" by Matthew Pratt-Hyatt, Ph.D. on Wednesday, March 16.

This webinar will review the most important genes for mental health and specific mutations in those genes, which are analyzed by the GPL-SNP1000 DNA Sequencing Profile. For mental health, we specifically analyze 88 SNPs (single-nucleotide polymorphisms) across 14 different genes. Other pertinent gene groups for mental health, including those for autism risk and drug metabolism/toxification will also be reviewed.
