  • acam.org - This is a doctors' group committed to staying up to date on the latest treatments for varying illnesses and conditions. They have a searchable database of doctors which you can use to find a local doctor to work with. 
  • aaem.com - The American Academy of Environmental Medicine's site also has a searchable database of doctors to find one in your area. These doctors also try to stay up to date on the latest research, and many are knowledgeable on the role of yeast and bacteria in causing illness.
  • candida-yeast.com - This site features Dr. William Crook, known for his numerous books, extensive research, and lectures on how yeast can cause health problems. His books tell how to diagnose a yeast problem and treatment alternatives. They can also suggest doctors in your area via e-mail.
  • The Living Sensibly Foundation - This non-profit foundation is devoted to promoting and distributing information on the gluten and casein free diet. The foundation works closely with other companies that have casein and gluten free foods available. One of the companies that they are linked to is Vance's Foods who is well known for their product DARI FREE. DARI FREE is a casein free, gluten free substitute for milk which is potato based.
