• Any medical information that you share with Dr. Shaw or any of the staff of The Great Plains Laboratory is always strictly confidential.
• Any information that you provide through one of our online forms is only used for the purpose(s) specifically stated with the forms.
• Although observations and test results may be tracked and used to further our research efforts, no identifying information is ever used in publications or discussions. Particularly, you or your child's name will not be used without your permission.
