Any contact information that you provide (such as your name and address when registering for information updates or ordering a test kit) is kept confidential. We only share your information with other parties when you've indicated that you want us to do so.

Any medical information that you share with Dr. Shaw or any of The Great Plains Laboratory staff is always kept strictly confidential.

Any information that you provide through one of our online forms is used only for the purpose(s) specifically stated with the forms.

Observational data gleamed from test results may be tracked and used to further our research efforts if you authorize us to do so in the acknowledgement of receipt of privacy policy and practices. In these cases, no identifying information is ever used in publications or discussions. You or your child's information will never be used for these studies.
