ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

AD(H)D, Autism, learning and behavioral issues often have dietary and/or biological causes that can be treated effectively once the underlying causes are known. These treatments, when combined with other therapies, help to remove the interferences so that learning and behavioral modification therapies can be more effective.
We will be discussing the most common underlying issues that contribute to Autism, Aspergers, Pervasive Developmental Disorders, AD(H)D, “neuro-developmental” learning and behavioral issues. Our speakers come from different countries and are specialized in the treatment of children in the Autism Spectrum following the Defeat Autism Now! Protocol.
These issues include intestinal pathogens, inborn errors of metabolism, food allergies, nutritional deficiencies, heavy metal detoxification, gastrointestinal issues (constipation/diarrhea), and food “chemical” sensitivities.

Other topics of discussion include:

  • Diet and correlation with autistic symptoms
  • The role of metabolic abnormalities and immune deficiencies
  • Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)
  • Successful strategies for implementing these therapies
  • Nutritional deficiencies
  • Nutritional supplements and their use in treatment
  • Laboratory tests useful in Autism Spectrum Disorders

PLUS:   Introducing cutting edge research on the role of Low Cholesterol and Oxalates as a new factor in Autism Spectrum Disorders!

The Great Plains Laboratory, Inc. would like to invite you to attend our conference which is designed for physicians, practitioners, teachers, therapists, parents and anyone interested in learning more about the Biomedical Treatment Approach.

IMPORTANT:
“50% of the talks are in English. The official conference language is Italian; therefore, simultaneous translation will be offered from English to Italian not from Italian to English”.
