Breaking the Cycle


One Step At A Time

Step 1. Test at The Great Plains Laboratory, Inc. to determine abnormalities.

a. Urine organic acids for yeast and bacteria
    overgrowth of the GI tract and some nutritional deficiencies.
b. Plasma zinc and essential fatty acids.
c. Hair metal analysis.
d. IgG food allergies.

Step 2. Eliminate foods containing food dyes and colors such as Kool-Aid, Jello, Fruit Loops, and other junk foods. Cut down on sugar.

Step 3. Eliminate foods that are positive on allergy test or desensitize by EPD, NAET, or provocation/neutralization therapies.

Step 4. Remove sources of toxic metals in child’s environment. Treat child with chelating agents if test results are excessive.

Step 5. Treat yeast overgrowth with antifungal agents and probiotics (good bacteria) if indicated by the organic acids test.

Step 6. Treat harmful bacteria overgrowth with probiotics (beneficial bacteria).

Step 7. Supplement with good vitamin supply. May need calcium supplement as well if child has milk allergy and milk is restricted.

Step 8. Supplement with good source of omega-3 fatty acids such as flax seed oil.
