Ordering Tests From The Great Plains Laboratory

Please indicate which test(s) you would like to order below. The kits and shipping in the United States are free of charge, but you must pay for the test processing when you return your sample for analysis. (See payment and insurance information and our price list.)

Remember that a doctor's approval is not necessary to order a kit, but is required to complete the testing. Complete instructions are provided with your kit, and you are always free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
