in the United States are free of charge, but you must pay for the test
processing when you return your sample for analysis. (See payment

list.). Please
check the tests kits you would like to order, and indicate the number
of kits you need if it's more than one. If you have any questions

that a doctor's approval is not necessary to order a kit, but
is required to complete the testing. Complete instructions
